Why is my email being rejected when I try to sign in?
BaseSwap accepts approved military domains for production access. If sign-in fails, confirm the email is entered correctly and that your domain is currently supported.
How do I create my first listing?
Open Sell, complete listing details, continue to photos, upload at least one photo, and then publish. Drafts stay private until you publish.
Why can't I upload HEIC photos from my iPhone?
HEIC uploads are not supported in the current flow. Convert HEIC images to JPEG before uploading.
What is the PCS countdown and how does it work?
Set your PCS date in the dashboard and BaseSwap will show countdown status based on how close the date is. The widget updates as your PCS date approaches.
How do I mark a listing as sold?
Go to My Listings in your dashboard and use Mark as Sold on an active listing. The listing then moves to sold status.
Can I edit a listing after I've published it?
Edit functionality is coming soon. For now, you can delete and recreate the listing.
Why do I only see listings from one installation?
BaseSwap is installation-scoped to keep exchanges local and practical. Your feed is filtered to your selected installation.
